Returns & Refunds
We want the suit, the cover-up, the frames to be right. Returns are handled by our fulfillment partner under the rules below — please read carefully before sending anything back. Items returned outside these terms may be charged a restocking fee or declined.

Where we accept returns
US orders only. We are unable to accept returns on orders shipped outside the United States at this time.
The short version
- US orders only.
- 7 days from the day tracking shows Delivered to request a return.
- Item must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
- Unworn, original tags attached, in the original clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.
- No exchanges of any kind.
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of the parcel reaching the warehouse.
- Several categories — including swimwear — are final sale and cannot be returned. See the full list below.
Starting a return — three steps
1. Write to us
Email help@palmariviera.store within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number (begins with
#PR). - The item(s) you'd like to return.
- A line on why — fit, colour, fabric, change of mind. It helps us improve the next capsule.
For split-package orders, the 7-day window begins on the date the final package was delivered.
2. Pack it up
Item must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original clear garment packaging with the SKU label still attached. Without these, the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined.
3. Send it back
We'll reply with the return address. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval. Please use a tracked service; parcels are your responsibility until they reach the warehouse.
Condition
To qualify for a full refund, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- With all original tags attached.
- In the original clear garment packaging, with the SKU label still attached.
Returns that don't meet these criteria — missing SKU label, missing tags, signs of wear, or sent back outside the windows above — are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the return may be declined entirely.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges of any kind. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order and return the original within the window above.
What we cover
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except where the order was sent in error or arrived damaged — in which case we cover it.
Refund timing
| Day 0 | You ship the return (within 7 days of approval). |
| Days 3–10 | Parcel travels back to the warehouse. |
| + 5–7 business days | Return is inspected and processed; we issue the refund to your original payment method. |
| + 3–10 business days | Funds appear in your account (depends on your bank). |
You'll receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery at help@palmariviera.store with your order number and a photograph. In these cases we cover return shipping and either replace the piece or refund in full — your choice.
Final sale & non-returnable
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- Intimates & lingerie
- Beauty
- Face masks
- Jewelry
- Wholesale / openpack orders
- Gift cards
- Items marked final sale on the product page
- Returns submitted outside the 7-day window, shipped back later than 7 days from approval, or arriving without tags, SKU label, or original packaging
Lost in return transit
Until the parcel reaches the warehouse, it remains your responsibility — we can't refund a return we never received. Please use a tracked service and keep your receipt.
Changes
This policy is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of our fulfillment partner. We will reflect any material updates on this page and note the date at the top.
