The fine print

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from our studio in Mallorca, with tracked delivery and duties handled in advance — so the price you see at checkout is the price you actually pay.

Rates and free shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $65 USD. Worldwide.
  • Orders under $65: a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
  • Expedited (express) shipping is offered at checkout for an additional fee where available.

Delivery time

Tracked worldwide delivery in 11–14 business days from dispatch. Orders are processed and dispatched from the studio within 1–2 business days. Most weeks we ship Monday through Friday — orders placed on weekends or Spanish public holidays go out on the next business day.

Express options, where available, deliver in 3–6 business days depending on the destination.

These windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections, and weather events can extend them — we'll always help you track a parcel that's running late.

Duties and customs

All international orders ship delivered duty paid (DDP). We calculate and collect duties at checkout and pre-clear them with customs before the parcel reaches your country. You will not be billed an additional duty, tax, or "handling" fee on delivery. If a carrier ever asks for one, write to us — it shouldn't happen, and we'll resolve it.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is collected. The tracking link works across the carrier and our local courier partners. Updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries. A small number of destinations are excluded for carrier or customs reasons — if checkout doesn't offer your country, write to us and we'll see what we can do.

Address accuracy

Please double-check the shipping address before paying. Once an order is in transit we can't reroute it, and parcels returned to us because of an incomplete address will be refunded minus the outbound shipping cost.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged

  • Running late? Wait until the estimated window closes, then email us with your order number — we'll open a trace with the carrier.
  • Marked delivered but missing? Check with neighbours and your local courier depot first; carriers occasionally mark before final hand-off. If it hasn't surfaced within 48 hours, write to us.
  • Damaged in transit? Photograph the outer packaging and the item, then email us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll replace or refund.

Order changes after placement

If you need to change a size, address, or item, write to us as soon as possible. We can usually amend an order within the first hour after it's placed; after the dispatch label is generated, we can't change it — but you're welcome to return it under our Refund Policy.
