Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of palmariviera.store and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

Who we are

Palma Riviera is an independent swim and resort label based in Mallorca, Spain. "We," "us," and "our" mean Palma Riviera. "You" means anyone who visits the site or buys from it.

Using the site

• You must be at least 16 to use the site, and at least 18 to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you're old enough.
• The site is offered as-is. We try to keep it accurate, available, and free of errors, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access.
• Don't use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or scrape it for resale data.

Products, pricing, and availability

• We work in small capsules. Most pieces are not restocked. When a size sells out, it's typically gone for the season.
• Colour reproduction varies between screens — the photographs are an honest reference, not an exact match.
• Prices are shown in US dollars unless your browser is set to another supported currency. Taxes and duties on international orders are included before checkout (DDP) so the price you pay is the price you see.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or stock errors, including after an order is placed. If we cancel an order for a pricing error, we'll refund you in full and let you know.

Orders and payment

• An order is an offer to buy — it isn't accepted until we send a shipping confirmation. We can decline an order for any lawful reason (suspected fraud, address issues, stock that's actually sold out).
• We accept major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.
• If a payment is reversed by the issuing bank or processor after the order has shipped, we may pursue the outstanding amount.

Shipping

Tracked worldwide delivery in 11–14 business days. Free shipping on orders over $65. Duties and customs paperwork are handled before your parcel reaches the door. The full Shipping Policy applies.

Returns and refunds

Seven days from delivery, on unworn pieces with tags attached. The full Refund Policy and the Returns & Refunds page apply.

Intellectual property

All copy, photography, video, illustration, and design on this site is owned by Palma Riviera or licensed to us. Don't copy, republish, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission. If you'd like to feature our work editorially, write to us — we usually say yes.

User content

If you submit a review, photo, or message — to the site or to us by email — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it for our normal business (e.g. reposting a review, sharing a tagged photo). You can ask us to take it down at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Palma Riviera is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site or the products bought through it (lost profits, lost data, missed events). For direct losses, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the affected order.

None of this limits your statutory rights as a consumer. If you're shopping into the EU/UK, the consumer protection laws of your country still apply and take precedence wherever they're stronger than these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Mallorca, Spain — without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. EU customers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date posted at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted; minor ones won't be.
